APPOINTMENT NO SHOW POLICY
PHYSICIAN AND SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICES
We would like to express our thanks for your patronage within our practice as we strive to provide the best care possible in the most comfortable setting. Prior to and the day of your appointment a treatment room is reserved, your records have been pulled, and product readied. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance so that another client can be given your appointment time. We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons; however, when you miss an appointment without calling another client is denied a service unnecessarily. Therefore, effective JANUARY 1, 2023 missing an appointment without cancelling via telephone, email, etc. will be considered a NO SHOW and a charge of $50 will be implemented to all services with the exception of WAX SERVICES.
Product Refund Policies
Retail products may be returned if you have had an adverse skin reaction. Returned product(s) are subject to inspection and must be returned in it’s original product packaging within 14 days from purchase with receipt. Returned products may not be used over 5%, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on same products or same product types returned more than once. Gift certificates are not refundable or transferrable.
Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase except for cash sales. No cash or check purchase refunds will be made at the Medi-Spa. All cash/check purchase refunds will be processed via check mailed to patient.
To assure the integrity of all drugs dispensed we are unable to accept returns for any products that have been classified as a prescription drug (Select Obagi and Allergan Products). The NJ Board of Pharmacy, recognize that a drug’s strength, quality, purity, and identity cannot be assured once it has left a designated establishment and have issued regulations that generally forbid products of this nature from being returned to inventory once it has been dispensed to a patient. This policy is also endorsed by the federal Food and Drug Administration.
Gift Cards are Non-Refundable and Not Redeemable for Cash or Credit.
